What's
Included
Although it varies from trip to trip, this is what you get when
you sign up for a BeerTrip: nice hotels in great locations - ranging
from 2 - 4 stars (depending on what best fits the destination),
breakfast everyday, roughly half of your lunches and dinners (with
beer, apps, dessert, etc), superb local guides, city tour/pub crawls
to get acquainted with the city and each other, facsinating brewery
visits often with the brewmaster, focused beer tasting, the pleasure
and convenience of a small group, experienced trip leadership and
comfortable private transportation. A BeerTrip is much more than
an assemblage of hotels, restaurants, and destinations... it is
a beer focused, cultural experience. Registration
details are here.
The real value of a BeerTrips.com Beer Tour, comes from relationships.
Of course we include great accommodations, many wonderful meals,
superb local guides, facsinating brewery visits, experienced trip
leadership and comfortable private transportation, but a BeerTrip
is so much more than an assemblage of hotels, restaurants, and destinations...
Relationships, ours and yours, long lasting and yet to come, are
what make our trips great. Over the years we have developed beer
friendly relationships with hotel owners, coach companies, brewers,
guides, and bar and restaurant owners. What this means to our customer
is a custom level of hospitality, and makes for excellent visits
where we shed the cloak of the average tourist, and are treated
more like friends.

About Life on a Beer Trip:
Most trips begin at the hotel in the city where the trip begins, assistance
and advice on getting there is provided. (Meeting a group in the airport
is just no fun).
We stay in nice hotels in great locations.
Breakfast is included daily.
3 or 4 Lunches and 3 or 4 Dinners WITH BEER are also included... usually
in brewery taps or beer cuisine restaurants.
A couple days we get up early to go somewhere worthwhile...
We hire a private coach or ride fast trains to travel between cities --
often we are a traveling tasting room, sampling local flavors of all sorts.
There's a lot of beer available... several brewery visits and special
tastings, as well as beer meals and "pub crawls" -- at your discretion
of course.
Most trips include guided walking tours of each city we visit.
Most trips have unscheduled free days to explore on your own.
The People on Beer Trips range in age from 23 to 77 (so far). Generally
there are more men than women, but not always. Sometimes we have beer experts
and brewers along, sometimes home brewers, sometimes people who simply want
to visit Europe and drink beer with good people!
